Creativity & Kundalini Yoga

A day of Creativity & Kundalini Yoga

Join us for a full day retreat in Antwerp, exploring the power relationship between creativity & Kundalini yoga
with Araki Koman

Creativity and the Kundalini energy are both, fiery & feminine energies, available to all of us at all time. The only thing separating us from them is ourselves - our mind overtaken by fear, anxiety and distraction. Kundalini Yoga is a powerful technology that on top of countless mental and physical health benefits, can also help us find the way back to ourselves and our creative nature.

This practice has been very transformative in my personal and professional life as a creative. Whenever I practice Kundalini yoga, I feel a surge of energy in the weeks, days, and sometimes hours that follow. Like an attunement, it feels like it opens a tap within myself that overflows with downloads, insights, inspirations, and ideas.

Creativity is always available to us, we just have to tune into the right broadcast channel to receive the information that is meant for us. Kundalini can help to fine tune that connection. As Maya Angelou says “You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.”

The benefits and effects of Kundalini Yoga are plentiful. The ones, we will explore and experience, that are the most likely to positively influence our creativity are: mindfulness, spaciousness, intuition, equanimity, self-confidence, courage, fire, playfulness, and our relationship with the Divine and the Feminine.
